OFFICE HOURS
- Monday to Saturday - 9:00am to 5:30pm
- Sunday - 9:30am to 5:30pm
CHECK-IN TIME
- From 2pm onwards
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
For all cancellations regardless of timeframe, a $35 cancellation fee will apply.- Cancellations at least 15 days prior to check in will receive a full refund less the $35 cancellation fee.
- Cancellation within 15 days of check in will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellation within 4 days of check in will not receive a refund or credit.
- If the booking is a no-show, no refund or credit will be given.
- If departing early after already checking in, no refund or credit will be given.
- For bookings made on 3rd party websites, refer to the cancellation of the 3rd party site the booking was made on.
PARK RULES
- Check out time is prior to 10am on the day of checkout. If you wish to extend your stay with us please do so prior to 10am of day of checkout.
- Our reception is open Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 5:30pm, Sunday 9:30am to 5:30pm. Times on public holidays will vary, please check on the reception door or ask one of our friendly staff.
- As above, no refunds once checked in or for early departures.
- Please note, no smoking is permitted within accommodation or common areas.
- Any damage caused to the accommodation or park property will be charged to the holder of the booking responsible, up to the value of the damage.
- Noise is to be kept at a minimum and is not to interfere with the quite enjoyment of the park patrons. Children must be in sight of parents/guardians at all times. Noise curfew begins at 10pm.
- For guests in Powered/Unpowered sites please keep pets on leads and clean up after them at all times.
- No pets are to be left unattended.
- Please return Room/Cabin keys and Boom Gate Card in letter box at the front of reception.
- Swimming pool is open from 8am to 8pm daily. (Please read rules on the pool gate before entry) All Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. No bombing, jumping, diving and strictly no glass in the Pool Area.
- The Camp Kitchen is available for all of our guests to use, it's located at the 1900’s baths entry. Chairs and tables are also available for your use.
- Fires are permitted, providing they are in a self-contained fire pit receptical, off the ground. No coals are to be deposited in the park.
- Management have the right to direct any patron (guests or visitors) to leave the park, if the patron/s does not comply with the park rules.
FISHING
The park is ideally located for river fishing. A fishing licence is required unless you are a pensioner or under 18 years of age. Please do not clean or gut your catch in our amenities. If you catch a European Carp, please DO NOT release it back into the Lachlan River, please bury it by the river bank (make sure fish is dead first).River Banks: It is important that we look after our beautiful location. We want you to enjoy our waters. It is recommended by council not to swim in the river. It is highly dangerous to swim above the weir (the rapid like water in front of the villas). If you have rubbish down by the river please dispose of it in one of our red bins provided in the park. Please supervise children at all times and try to keep an eye out on each other.
SECURITY
While management do their best to ensure a safe and secure environment, it is recommended that guests take the precaution of securing items of value left outside caravans/tents/cars/rooms or cabins.
BIKES, ROLLERBLADES AND SKATEBOARDS
Whilst riding in the park helmets must be worn, no exceptions. This includes bikes, roller skates and roller blades, and skateboards. Riding is permitted within the park from 8:30am to sundown - no riding after dark.

PETS
Forbes Apex Riverside Tourist Park is proudly pet friendly.
- When bringing pets into accommodation, please note on your reservation or contact the park prior on 02 6851 1929.
- A pet cleaning fee applies to all cabins and motel accommodation.
- Pets must not be left unattended in any area of the park, at any time.
