Forbes Apex Riverside Tourist Park Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• Cancellation with at least 15 days prior to check in.
Where at least 15 days notice a full refund less a $35 cancellation fee will apply.
• Cancellation within 15 days of check in.
Cancellation's within 15 days 50% refund will apply.
•Notice given less than 4 Days.
No refund or credit will be given.
•No Shows

•After Check in and early departures
No refund or credit will be given.
•Cancellation for Bookings made web sites
No refund or changing of dates as per the web site booking when made.
1. CHECKOUT TIME PRIOR TO 10AM on DAY OF CHECKOUT
If you wish to extend your stay with us please do so prior to 10am of day of checkout
2. Our reception is open Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 6:00pm Sunday 9:30am to 5:30pm Times on public holidays will vary, please check on the reception door or ask one of our friendly staff.
3. Sorry No Refund once Checked In or for Early Departures
4. Please note no smoking is permitted within accommodation or common areas.
5. Damage cost is up to the value of the damage and will be charged to the booking responsible.
6. Noise is to be kept at a minimum and is not to interfere with the quite enjoyment of the park patrons. Children must in sight of parents/guardians at all times! 10pm noise curfew
7. For guest in Powered/Unpowered sites please keep PETS ON LEADS and CLEAN UP AFTER THEM at all times
8. No pets are to be left unattended.
9. Please return Room/Cabin keys and Boom Gate Card in letter box at the front of reception.
10. Swimming pool: is open from 8am to 8pm daily. (Please read rules on POOL GATE before entry) All Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. No Bombing! No Jumping! No Diving! No Glass in Pool Area
11. Free Camp Kitchen: for our guest located at the 1900’s baths entry. Chairs and tables for your use.
12. FISHING: The park is ideally located for river fishing. A fishing licence is required unless you are a pensioner, under 18 years of age. Please do not clean or gut your catch in our amenities. If you catch a European Carp, please DO NOT release it back into the Lachlan River. Please either bury it by the river bank (make sure fish is dead first) or let a staff member know and we can bag the fish and freeze it til garbage pick-up day. River Banks: It is important that we look after our beautiful location. We want you to enjoy our waters. It is recommended by council not to swim in the river. It is highly dangerous to swim above the weir (the rapid like water in front of the villas). If you have rubbish down by the river please dispose of it in one of our red bins provided in the park. Please supervise children at all times and try to keep an eye out on each other.
13. Security: while management do their best to ensure a safe and secure environment, it is recommended that guest take the precaution of securing items of value left outside caravans/tents/cars/rooms or cabins.
14. Bikes, Skateboards and rollerblades:
Whilst riding in the park helmets must be worn! No exceptions! This includes Bikes, roller skates and roller blades. 8:30am to sundown. No riding after dark!
15. No Fires permitted at any time in the park or on the river banks.
16. Management have the right to direct any patron (guests or visitors) to leave the park, if the patron/s does not comply with the park rules.
